The brief: DSW, one of Aetrex's main partners, requested a kids' measuring app for feet scanning, as part of their new DSW Kids initiative.

The solution: I came up with a concept of augmented reality content, featuring Albie, a character appealing to kids, that will show on the parent's iPhone or iPad while being in the store. The kid will be virtually invited by augmented Albie to approach the scanning area, get scanned, and get the best fitting shoes for their feet,  The whole experience is lead by animations of Albie - making dance moves and cheering the kid upon a successful scan process.

The outcome: This app is still in its Beta stage, however, this pilot is getting a lot of positive feedback from parents, kids and DSW senior management.
